Novices, experienced athletes, triathlon clubs, coaches and race directors can participate in a variety of workouts, lectures and continuing education seminars to help prepare and refine their technique for working out, training, racing and beyond for FREE.
Location: The JCC in Manhattan, 334 Amsterdam Ave. at 76th St. (Program room assignments will be available at the JCC Customer Service Desk, in the lobby of the Samuel Priest Rose Building.)
